If you experience any problems with our secure online ordering system, please contact the webmaster and supply basic operating system info, browser type and version and nature of the problem. If you have any questions about availability, please email us at info@louisianamusicfactory.com.There are many CDs that are not currently listed on the website, so if you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us at sales@louisianamusicfactory.com

Please note that we do not back-order items. If an item is out of stock and is not expected back in a reasonable period of time, we will ship your order as is. If you paid for your order with a money order or check, we will issue either a refund check (U.S. orders) or a credit slip (overseas orders) redeemable on future orders.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for mis-shipped or defective merchandise. Mis-ships will be corrected as soon as possible. Defective products will be replaced with the same item only. Claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please insure any return parcels..
