NOTES: United We Stand Divided We Fall is the story of six Big Chiefs from six tribes coming together and producing a recording that they own. It is the best example of tradtional Mardi Gras Indian music yet released. There are no keyboards, guitars, or amplification here. Presented live in the raw are the voices and drummers, percussionist and followers just as you would hear this music in the streets or in the neighborhood clubs of New Orleans. Highly recommended.
