NOTES: This CD is a collection of live board tapes recorded at the Maple Leaf Bar
located at 8316 Oak Street in the Carrollton section of uptown New Orleans. James had a
regular weekly gig there from 1977 until his untimely death on November 8, 1983. This
CD along with the CD titled Spiders On The Keys is the closest you will ever come to
experience what it was like to hear Booker live unless, of course, you were there for the
real thing.
