Borealis Rex has finished recording and pressing a vinyl LP being produced and engineered by Ben Mumphrey at the legendary Studio in the Country in Bogalusa, LA. Borealis Rex is slated to be a showcasing artist at SXSW 2020 in Austin this year. Borealis Rex is an American rock band hailing from South Louisiana and New Orleans . The band’s organic sound blends hot guitars and harmonies. Guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Chance Casteel fronts this garage-roots-rock band. Guitarist, songwriter, and Louisiana Music Hall of Famer Bill Davis brings the swamp grease.
