Ford has assembled a fine group of New Orleans veterans to join him for this session. While they appear in varying combinations, the group is anchored throughout by a solid rhythm section consisting of Steve Pistorious, Tom Saunders, Steve Blailock and Julian Garcia along with a supporting cast of horn players; Jamie Wight, Mark Braud and Tom Fischer. A nice variety is added to the instrumentals with vocals by Bob Leary, Ingrid Lucia, George French, Olivia “Lady Charlotte” Cook and Ford himself.
