If you find you have an issue with your order please contact us using this form. If your order was damaged in shipping we will replace it at no cost to you. In some instances we will issue a call-tag to recover the damaged item/s. If you find the product is defective we will be happy to replace it with the same item.

Rarely an order is delayed in arriving at its destination. Since every package that originates with us is shipped with a tracking number we do encourage you to track your package online. Please refer to our ‘Shipping’ page for details on shipping methods and possible transit times. Here at the store we generally fulfill and ship orders within a day of receiving them via our website; transit times could vary depending on things like weather and holidays – we ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your order and don’t hesitate to use that tracking number!
